Pros

Cox Communications stands up for its workers should there be a conflict between the customer and the employee.

Cons

This is a call center. Employees can be found a dime a dozen, so if you are out sick for heart issues or other such medical conditions, your job may not be there when you get back.

Pros

Pay is great. Great breakrooms and a company gym. Good insurance. Good stock options and 401k matching. Training is very thorough. A well updated work environment.

Cons

Bad expectations from management for call handle time with irate customers. Employees are not well informed about system outages or when it will be repaired. Not much second tier support. Shift bidding is done by seniority and not based on performance.
