Pros

Great Co-workers, free cable+internet+phone basically, great benefits, great commission oppurtunities, room for advancement, relocation possibly.. TVs everywhere! I mean it is our job to stay on top of that

Pros

Work week is 4 days/10 hrs each day. Everyone works as team. Frequent raises. Great vacation and sick time benefits. Work vehicle provided. Ongoing training and focus groups around how Cox can be even better for their employees. Lots of opportunity for advancement.

Cons

There are some employees like any other company that don't embrace change very well and share their feelings with everyone.

Cox bill is significantly low

Cons

No trust in upper management. Constantly trying new ideas, contradicting actions and no real direction. Lack of internal communication from management on pressing issues, overall employee morale is negative.
