Pros

Good pay and phenomenal benefits

Cons

The hiring process is horrible and training is even worse. The trainer prides himself on the fact that every class he trains files complaints to HR at the end of training, and he's more than willing to sharethis fact. Their attrition rate is 65%. They say their main goal is to get that number down, but when you find reasons to fire employees, that number will NEVER go down. And then they say there was an "internal conflict" but won't say what it was and won't provide any paperwork. This company has an AWFUL reputation across the Omaha area, and they wonder why. Another number that I found interesting that they tell you within the first few days of training: 1 person out of a hiring class of 30 will make it to a year. And 1 out of 10 that make it a year will make it to 3 years, but they say if you make it to 3 years, you'll never leave.... good luck getting that far though. If you want a short-term job where management sucks and treats you like kindergartners... this is for you.

Pros

Starting and continuing pay somewhat higher than competition Really good benefits, including free t.v. and internet Great training, no experience required for entry level positions Yearly bonus based on company performance Commission for sales, although not required Regular polls and surveys to improve leadership

Cons

Not too many cons, as long as you are doing quality work, and keeping numbers up.

Management Constantly Consumed with Self Promotion

Pros

Good benefits. Most worker bees are nice and willing to help each other.

Cons

Some management is self consumed with their own promotion at the cost of quality work. When something doesn't go right, they are quick to place blame on one of their subordinates even if this was something caused out of their own decision. In short, often times there is no right decision the subordinate could've made. It really comes down to if the manager does not like the outcome they will look for someone to blame rather than take ownership.
