Pros

Great people, and a great working atmosphere. I loved every hour I put in. They really took care of their employees.

Cons

Huge layoff that let a bunch of people go. That was the hardest piece.

Pros

Cox is generous in terms of flex-time arrangements, provides a high quality work-environment and has acceptable benefits. The environment is casual, relaxed and informal. Opportunities for education and advancement are available.

Cons

Salaries are significantly below industry averages. Customers are becoming less loyal due to typical cable company price increases.

Pros

The benefits and the pay are good. Tons of autonomy with the ability to work out of home and never micromanaged.

Cons

If your a new employee to don't expect to get paid anything more than the minimum, they only look out for tenured employees. The management is very week and provide the sales team no training or support. No one in management actually has any sales experience.
