Pros

Cox tries to provide a good work/life balance to all of their employees. I have never been questioned when I need to deal with family matters or take a vacation.

Cons

A lot of change going on right now in the Technology world at Cox - a scary place to be right now. In about 2 years things will probably smooth out and it will be a lot better place to work.

You get to be a part of every iniative

You HAVE to be a part of every iniative- over worked- VP of Marketing only hires people she knows outside of work, husband and wife work in the same office where their roles cross those being managed.
