Pros

Meeting new people, and building new relationship outside of the company

Cons

Where do i start the company lacks and so many areas Training was very sub par we all understand the call center has many changes but make your employees aware of them The place is all base on who's in the inner circles there isn't any real room for growth. Cox is also a revolving door doesn't matter what the customer issues are their looking to up sale I wouldn't recommend anyone work there also the management do not work with their rep on helping them become better they only speak with them when their almost out the door.

Pros

Back 2007-2009 Cox was a family company

Cons

They work you like a dog. If you ever want to take back a previous job expect the starting salary. Tenure means nothing. All I asked for after 7 years was a consistent schedule. I exceeded goals made MVP and many other awards but at the end of the day it never got me the schedule I wanted or the money I think I was worth. They need a union

Pros

Guaranteed pay for 3 months...there is nothing positive to say about this terrible company

Cons

This could go on for awhile..... no guidance out of training. The entire 6 week process is to learn a dos like sales system which should have put out of comission years ago, with no training what so ever on product knowledge why cox is better than the competition ..you know things a sales person is supposed to know. When you get to the floor expect to never leave your desk without being told to get back on the phones and take 190 calls a day that have nothing to do with sales. This company could care less with what's good for the customer...they actively teach you to never give the customer an active discount and over charge all the time. The management team literally has no idea what's going on from one minute to the next. There is no support system for the new hires and talk down to you when you ask for assistance.... I said this could go for awhile...do yourself a favor and work anywhere else....don't say you weren't warned.
