Cox Communications used to be a great place to work....a family like atmosphere. Unfortunately as the initial managers and directors began to retire most of the newer management was hired in as a "who you know" and not based on skill or experience...Most managers have that micro manage mentality. If they don't like you, you can best just pack your bags because they will make your work life horrible and then terminate you without a second thought...because they can. So sad.

1) The company has lost its way and there are no signs that will change anytime soon. There is no company strategy that is being pursued. 2) There has been almost a complete turnover in upper management which has created chaos.
