      Pros

      I have been with Cox Enterprises in Talent Acquisition for almost a year and I have been very impressed with the Leadership at this company. Great benefits, flexible work environment and amazing people!

      Cons

      Change is the constant in this company. You have to be ok with a lot of change to be successful at Cox.

      Horrible leaders in TA

      Pros

      Great coworkers, tools, and resources to do your job. Great brand for attracting talent.

      Cons

      So many changes (annually actually). The directors and managers are in it only for them. We are on our 4th VP in 3 years. If you are out in the field or remote forget about opportunities since leadership feels you need to be in Atlanta to be relevant. Culture has changed big time with current VP , telecommuting and being remote is frowned upon.
