      Pros

      Awesome company culture. I love that there is a focus on corporate responsibility with a long history of community volunteering, sustainability and wellness. Tons of benefits that encourage work-life balance, including flex-work and unlimited PTO. Beautiful campus. The ability to transfer between divisions and gain experience in different industries/brands without leaving the company. Coworkers are very respectful and fun to collaborate with.

      Cons

      No one wants to leave! It's such a great place to work that sometimes your career progression can slow down if you are not willing to take lateral moves within the company.

      Pros

      Atlanta campus is wonderful and sparkling. There are cafeterias, a gym, and all kinds of other things to make working at Cox pleasurable. The company seems to care deeply for its employees.

      Cons

      Your experience at Cox Enterprises will greatly depend on your manager — some of which have been there for an eternity.
