Pros

Cox Enterprises provides great benefits and telecommuting policy (pre-pandemic).

Cons

- The BMC and Creative Studio leadership teams are performative, tone-deaf, and lack diversity in senior leadership roles. The tone and voice of the creative are from a white, cis-hetero, upper-middle-class perspective. - There are too many large CAI projects with tight deadlines and little to no resources to accommodate them. - Favoritism is high, and objectivity is low. - There is no clear structure or process within the creative studio.

Pros

Semi-remote (pre-pandemic) in Atlanta. Cox great benefits.

Cons

I had the exact same experience at Ideabar as the “Ideabar isn't what they claim. Mar 31, 2021 — Digital Media Strategist,” reviewer. Review spot on. I had discussed the same issues with HR and my manager. Sad that no improvements were made for future employees regarding respect for their abilities, hard work and work-life balance that Cox heralds.

Pros

This place will keep you on your toes because everything is always changing. Your manager will change in a year. Benefits are pretty good but not industry leading.

Cons

My experience comes from being an African American women and it has been toxic. I had to self promote and develop myself through my tenure. Constantly being overlooked for opportunities and overshadowed but non working team members. If you do a great job you will just be a work horse. You have to network to get promoted. Way too many to mention here but if you drink the Kool Aid you will do just fine.
