Pros

Despite being a large company, Cox Enterprises still gives a family feel. They treat their employees very well by offering great perks, benefits, and opportunities. They highly encourage career growth, work/life balance, physical health and checkups, etc... They offer a 401k, great health benefits, and a Pension plan. They continue to engage in activities to reward employees for their hard work.

Cons

Due to the large size of Cox and all of their divisions & sister companies, it can be difficult and timely to implement change across the company.
