      Friendly people, great benefits, like to promote from within, once people get in the door they stay...most employees have been with the company for their entire career

      Work from home, good pay plan, good PTO plan although most years 50% of PTO was forfeited due to non-use

      Cons

      Top ATL executives come and go like changing your socks. This creates a serious loss in momentum and morale among field sales people. A large % of regional director level management spawned from the good old boys club...this no longer works. The field deserves to have the best of the best at the regional director level.
