Used to be a great place, ATP ran it into the ground.

Pros

Benefits were good. Hours were minimal. Able to take on increasing responsibility. Co-workers were nice.

Cons

Salary was less than same job title with ATP. ATP managers took over our office yet didn't know how to run our magazine and never learned how. ATP managers didn't understand profit margins or how to run a business.

Pros: Amazing culture! My team, boss, and extended team have all been so warm and welcoming. I felt like I belonged from the start. Everyone has been very helpful and I feel like they genuinely support me and want me to succeed. Benefits - I have been a recruiter for 20 years and this is the most generous benefits package I have seen at an employer. Care for employees - Cox says it cares about its employees and everything I have seen since starting has supported that. The tenure of all of the internal employees I speak to is also a testament - Once good people get in, they don't want to leave. Every single internal employee I have spoken to has said they love working here!

Cons

Maybe some challenges with training remote workers but that is to be expected since it is all still in development - but even that has been a great experience compared to other experiences I have had.
