Business Outlook
Pros
Work to life balance, benefits, pay, flexible hours, nice gym, nice cafeteria, relaxed dress code. Its a good place to work and retire if you can make it pass and be able to be in a safe position without the reorganization of departments.
Cons
Heavy politics and lack of coordination between departments make it hard to understand department make ups. Departments are silo'd and lack of communication between departments. No real collaboration with each department even though we depended on the other departments with work and escalations. Limited career options and movement in positions. Leadership at the end were very hush and treated employees like externals even after years of service and work. Training and documentation is lacking.
