      Pay is average.Not worth it

      Cons

      incompetent management, poor human resource ,only one person for all of las vegas. They will get some for policy violation and not others,depending if manager likes you or not! A class comes in every month and most are let go within a year and that's the truth!

      Cox Enterprises is the best company!

      Pros

      The company is financially solid and really cares about the emoloyees. Leadership doesn't just say they care -they prove it with action. The employees are like family. The facilities are top notch. Base salaries are competitive, but not the highest; however, the bonus plans are very generous. The insurance plans are amazing and the company offers 401k matching AND a well funded pension plan...which is unheard of these days!

      Cons

      There can be downsides to any company, but I can't think of any that are worth mentioning.
