      Pay card, discount, flexible hours, great training program, schedule is available online, quick customer turn over, can be very efficient

      Cons

      Hard to get hours. Management style a bit harsh. Hard to get check stub copies.

      Pretty decent pay and benefits. Good company culture with long tenured employees. Good exposure to excellent experience

      Pros

      The people are nice. Expectations are clearly communicated. The physical plant was very good. It was very clean and well maintained.

      Cons

      There was extreme rigidity in the operation. The work was very hard for the money. They really need to get stress mats. The health insurance is a joke.
