      Pros

      Decent vision insurance. The company as a whole isn't necessarily that bad.

      Cons

      If you do not work in a region or district that your regional or district manager see fit to hire from within, then they simply will not. While they place multitudes of signs portraying supposed opportunities for advancement within the company, it is a sham. If you work any sort of kitchen-related position (servers included) good luck getting a break to eat lunch. The health insurance doesn't cover many simple in-house lab procedures with your doctor's office.

      Fast pace, decent employee discounts.

      Cons

      Goal hours, if you don't make them you suck. Upper management degrades you. No quality of life. Get a weekend off, work 9 days in a row til next day off. Low morale.

      Pros

      Usually had a fun atmosphere to work in. Allowed for a somewhat flexible schedule but this was based mostly on favoritism. Staff would work hard and play hard.

      Cons

      The previously mentioned favoritism could make/break your work experience. As with other restaurant jobs, the hours can be brutal and this place was usually understaffed so it was even worse.
