Employees are completely underpaid (even with their raises). Corporate is confused. They cannot make up their mind. We do one thing, then are told to do it another way, then are told to go back to the way it was previously etc... They also expect employees to be able to do 5 tasks all at once, while still being in the dining room / retail floor constantly. Its just unrealistic expectations (not everyone can multitask). And its getting to the point that new employees have so much information to retain that they get overwhelmed and quit.

Quality of life for managers has dramatically decreased in the last couple years as the company squeezes every dollar they can to increases NOI.
