      Easy to advance if managers are on top of giving out evaluations

      Pros

      Good training, rapid advancement opportunities, and pretty fast table turnover. Most people I there put in 5-10 years, so clearly people like it.

      Cons

      They tend to burn managers out fairly quickly -- if they don't quit after a year, they generally stop caring, and you have to hound them just to get your evaluations (can't get promotions without evaluations first).

      Pros

      If you like teaching people skills this is a great position. Must have strong leadership skills. You must be expert on all areas from cooking to retail and cashing.

      Cons

      Some stores are good some not so good. It depends on your management team, how well they work together and what their integrity is like.
