      Management is a mess, servers need to realize that the hostess cannot control the guests request to sit somewhere. Our policy is "Pleasing People," and if the guest asks to sit near the fireplace or window and there is a table available...we have to give them what they want. Also, the Retail manager pushes all responsibilities upon the host/hostess for keeping the retail area clean instead of giving some of the responsibility to the retail workers. All managers play favorites.

      I really like the extensive training. They made sure that I knew what I was doing.

      Cons

      They do not keep up with the PAR system. Evaluations and PAR tests are never on time.
