      Nice atmosphere, nice customers, everyone you worked with was helpful.

      Cons

      Pace was fanatic at times. Could be very mundane. Never thought of advancement, too tired.

      Great pay & bonus potential at the GM level. Excellent opportunity for advancement. Very clear expectations, goals and priorities. Great brand, many raving fans.

      Cons

      Long hours, typical with restaurant industry - nights, weekends and holidays. Typical work schedule is 50 hours, plus more to the needs of the business.

      Hours are flexible. U change your schedule as often as you like to fit you lifestyle. Tips are good due to the company's table turning system.

      Cons

      Company care more about profits then employees. There is no balance. Employees are not recognized for their performance. As an employee, your opinion or idea is often heard.
