      People will leave and you will have a very big chance of being the only person doing your job, especially if its busy.

      Pros

      Everyone there is friendly; I rarely had any problems with the staff.

      Cons

      The equipment in the dishroom was always falling apart. Our plastic aprons were full of large holes, the drains on the floor would clog and flood the whole room (we would just have to deal with it), the hoses were broken in a million different ways, and we weren't allowed to save any of the food that we were about to throw out.
