Cons

- Unethical Company Culture: No recognition or appreciation for achievements. Employees feel undervalued. - Lack of Leadership and Management: Steering Committee bypasses middle management, leading to micromanagement and confusion. - No Career Growth: Limited opportunities for professional development or promotion. Promises made without any follow-through. - Compensation Disparity: Managers are paid very high salaries while associates earn below average, leading to a sense of unfairness. - Disorganized Work Environment: Firefighting with no clear structure for managing tasks or projects. Constant KAIZEN activities with no clear purpose or direction. - Poor Team Collaboration: Lack of teamwork and communication both within departments and across teams.
