People are helpful, and the company has a strong sense of direction. The culture and values are also well-defined and communicated.

Cons

The salary could be improved. Managers are often hired externally without a focus on innovation, seemingly prepared for retirement instead. It appears the company has given preference to external talent over internal, which is a pity.

People are treated well and it's a good working environment. The majority of people are very friendly and welcoming to new employees. Well established company with a long history of supply to the US Government.

Cons

Nothing that I have experienced thus far. Cost of living in the area is high.
