      Pros

      There is interesting work. The pay is decent. Great people to work with. High level of expertise in their fields. Opportunities to advance career if allowed.

      Cons

      Many employees' skills are underutilized which is a huge waste of resources. In the beginning employees were allowed to learn on the job and advance their career. In the last 5-7 years many interesting projects have been handed out to contractors who claim to be experts but are at the same level as those already employed. When things go wrong the contractors are gone and the employees are blamed for poor quality.
