Great people who have been with the company for a long time and understands the products and the markets we compete in.

Cons

Departments are getting burnt out fast with little effort to replace people who have left the business while other departments are paying people to just sit there all day.

Get everything in writing from management. There is a lot of "I never said that" or "you misunderstood."
