      Not an engineering company. Not a learning company. Focus on cost and shareholders.

      Pros

      Benefits, Bonuses whatever you do because top management want their bonuses.

      Cons

      CPI does not care about technical skills. For them any software engineers can do the job of another engineer. Ranking deserves only one purpose: To know who will be fore next in case of not meeting shareholders expectations. Top management have no vision. Excess reporting everywhere. CPI claim they follow the Toyota way although they just want to reduce cost.

      Interesting technology, attractive facilities with cafeteria and gym

      Cons

      Benefits drastically reduced after aquisition, especially medical, retirement accounts and long term disability. Poor communication from management. Excessive focus on cost control short term results, lack of vision.

      Very few pros. I would say Good benefits and 401K

      Cons

      Lesdership was very challenging. They love to have multiple spreadsheets stating the same information. The company is very slow to make decisions and does not stay current on technology.
