Pros

Fellow coworkers, both in offices and manufacturing, are a dream to work with.

Cons

Many situations of disrespect, manipulation, and overall unprofessionalism from Management; and when brought up to HR they acknowledge, agree, and assure action. In the end that never changes anything and its just another trip to HR a couple months later for the same conversation about a new terrible situation.

The product manufactured here positively helps babies with plagiocephaly

Cons

Manufacturing supervisors have no previous supervisory experience, lack leadership skills and have created a culture of distrust, nervousness, and fear. They lack humility, integrity, and respect for their team. Play favorites. Do not plan effectively and are crisis driven .

Pros

My favorite part of working at Cranial Technologies is seeing our great outcomes! I truly feel that I have a positive impact on reshaping babies lives. Through my years with Cranial Tech I've enjoyed working with such great people who all have the same goal in mind-- provide great quality care. I enjoy coming to work each and everyday as we have a great team at our clinic. Everyone is willing to help each other out without hesitation. As a therapist, it is very rewarding to see such quick results with our patients. It is a happy environment working with babies all day long. It's also nice that we have Monday-Friday office hours and don't have to work evenings of weekends. I've had the opportunity to gain a good amount of growth in my career path as well.

Cons

Hard to call in sick as it is a niche area and there isn't PRN staff that can be called in to cover.
