Pros

Overall laid back culture (depending on the zone manager). Gives you space to work the way you want which I appreciate. Graceful with missing high quota expectations. Company car is a nice benefit; Health insurance is UNH

Cons

Base pay is a joke, They find every other way to get you some extra money except raise the base salary. example: monthly competitions based on in services had; year-to-year % growth (only above 10% eligible) and the bonus will be a few hundred dollars, once. Genuinely seems like they don't care about the insane turnover rate considering the base.; No benefit prize to presidents club/Circle of Excellence besides a trophy. Quotas are steep and raise with little to no merit or explanation behind them.

Freedom and flexibility - you work around the physicians schedules

Inaccurate information is relayed to physicians, income is incredibly low for the role, management is green
