There are none, there are layoffs often, 7 layoffs in the 4 years I have worked here

Cons

There are many senior lever folks here, many are rude, they don’t care about the people who do the work, they only care that their phantom stock options get paid out! Every time I turn around we have vendors looking for payment, we’re months late and not paying our supply partners. It’s such an embarrassment! Your 4% .50 cent 401k retirement is a joke and your health benefits are a joke.

New management/ownership that seems to be looking for a quick flip, while they claim to be in for the long haul. CEO constantly lies in "Town Halls". Constant layoffs then rehires.
