Pros

Somewhat ok benefits. Finally have a retirement match although it sucks. It used to be ok, but the new company is destroying the culture for sake of profit.

Cons

Absolutely no respect for employees. The CEO brags about how well the company is doing while they pay you nothing. During the pandemic they harmed their employees more then helped. They are officially the "work you till you drop dead and then post your job before obituary" place.
