      Pros

      The company leadership cares about their employees and it shows. There are opportunities to move up. Leaders of the company listed to their employees. There is a safe and loving culture.

      Cons

      The health care is kind of high.

      Pros

      Christian based and focused company. Provides training for personal and business growth & improvement. Treats employees with lunches, gifts, weekly prize drawings, tenure recognition, birthday and anniversary spins, etc. Paid holidays including Black Friday and Christmas Eve. Trasnfer and promotion opportunities because the company is growing so fast.

      Cons

      Expensive health insurance. All of the departments are not recognized the same way when they're hard work and effort shows, but when they do, they do it big!

      Pros

      Great benefits, paid holidays, flexible scheduling, infinite opportunities for promotion, rapidly growing company, a leadership team that genuinely cares about the employees, ability to grow my skills.

      Cons

      Not as many benefits for part-time employees, could grow even more by adding telecommuting opportunities, our processes are very manual for our jobs.
