      Nice people, sincerely wants to make it all work

      Cons

      Management gets in it's own way. Constant rearranging of management - letting the effective ones go, keeping the power hungry does not make the general workforce happy. Still figuring out what they want to be when they grow up.

      Pros

      The company mission, vision, and values are extraordinary. The company gives back to the community and offers employees one week a year for community service (this week is in addition to vacation time). They've been a "Best Place" to work in KY for several years in a row and truly care about their employees. The company has a lot of fun events....Company Picnic, Thanksgiving Feast, Christmas Party, Easter Egg Hunt, and much more. CLS is a growing company with a strong Leadership team who listens to and cares about all employees.

      Cons

      Health insurance is expensive. The company is growing rapidly and things change rapidly (so growing pains are inevitable).

      Voted Best Place to Work in Kentucky for multiple years running. A Company Culture like none other - they invest in their people and in turn the people invest in the company. Strong Leadership in the executive wing that allow rapid growth by allowing ideas from any and everyone who suggests them, and actually following through. EVERYONE HAS A VOICE, and LEADERSHIP LISTENS.

      Cons

      Rapid growth brings rapid change in how the business is ran, More space is needed to adapt to growing business (currently being evaluated and acted upon by Senior Leadership) More Affordable Health Insurance Options (which i'm told is also being evaluated)
