Business Outlook
Pros
Leadership is concerned with the well being of their employees and strives to create a positive culture however this concern does not always transfer over to the professional development side. The corporate office offers many perks and is generally a comfortable work environment.
Cons
The company suffers from a dysfunctional leadership that is unable to complete or follow-through on corporate objectives. This dysfunction leads to employee confusion and projects that are stalled for months or years because the leadership is unwilling or unable to make basic decisions. There is a culture of micro-management which results in endless iterations of discussions on these basic decisions.
