The company claims to be a "Christian based" company yet many of leadership's morals are cause for great concern. The company has often been known to rid of good, long-term employees without a trace of their disappearance or a known valid reason for doing so. Their cliquey leadership team seems to conspire against those employees who are too outspoken or who are not going with the grain. What they fail to realize is that this hurts their company and reputation far more than they want to begin to believe. The sad truth of it all is that the employees sit in a maze of cubicles while leadership looks down upon them like rats in a lab.
Leadership is willing to waste a lot of money on perks such as summer picnic's at the owner's mansion, a fountain machine in the office space, games and activities but will not budge on incentivizing their employees for their dedication and willingness to positively impact the bottom line. Going to picnics at a mansion while your coworkers struggle to pay their own bills is not necessarily what I'd call a nice time. Leadership is also willing to donate to other charitable causes while it ignores the VERY obvious struggle that a few of their own employees face to make ends meet for themselves and their families.
It seems the owner of the company is kept largely in the dark regarding much of the shenanigans that take place within the company. It must be lonely at the top.. especially when the only reality you know is what is being fed to you by the circus around you. Perception is reality.
