At first, I was really pumped to work at CreativeOne. It seemed like a great place to be. But after a few months, things started to feel off. I noticed some stuff that didn't sit right with me, and when I tried to talk about it, it was like I'd done something wrong.
The management there was a total nightmare. They were super controlling and didn't trust anyone to do their job. It was like they were always watching over my shoulder, waiting for me to mess up. And once you do mess up, you don't hear the end of it. And if you had a problem or a suggestion, forget about it. They'd just shut you down and tell you to do things their way.
And don't even get me started on the promises they made about bonuses. They said I'd get extra money every quarter, but I never saw a dime. It was really disappointing.
