Pros

This is a really great place to work. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. The CEO and President sit right along everyone else, and there is no sense of superiority or hierarchy. Management really cares about their employees, and actually care about your input.

Cons

Honestly, there are no cons to working here as of yet

Company projects a concern for employees. Line manager (director) and assistant care about the employees and go out of their way to monitors satisfaction.

Cons

It is a lengthy drive to work; this is not a company issue.
