Pros
The listening culture here is wonderful! The company truly does listen and strives to do the best thing for the company and employees. We do a lot of fun events and the camaraderie is awesome!
Cons
Since I'm forced to fill this section out, I would say that there aren't many open positions at manager level and above that open up due to the fact that most people stay here for a really long time! Not an awful thing unless your main goal is advancing up. I think this says something about how great the company is if people don't really leave!
