Pros

* Truly embraces a Work/Life Balance, offering all of the appropriate resources and tools necessary to work smarter, not harder. * Sincerely enjoy coming to work everyday, not only do I love what I do but I appreciate and respect the team that I work with. It is a company-wide value that teamwork and helping others is incorporated into the day to day! * A competitive salary, performance based bonus, profit sharing and other incentives help to show employees appreciation for a job well done.

Cons

* Location - I wish that it were closer to my home, but the drive is worth the opportunity to be part of an amazing company.

Pros

Listening Culture: I have never worked for a company that truly believes that "those doing the work have the best insight on how to make it better". It does not matter whether you are a part-time employee or a CEO, you will feel valued here.

Cons

I can't think of one. Unless you don't like a fun, empowering, and listening environment.

Pros

Credit Acceptance is a great place to work, where team members are well-paid and treat each other with respect. The company is growing rapidly and there are many career advancement opportunities, especially because CA often promotes from within.

Cons

Some benefits could be improved (maternity leave) and some departments/jobs need additional flexibility in schedules. Some managers could use "soft skills" training on how to be better leaders/coaches.
