Pros

- Absolutly the best at what they do. - Very profitable and share with team members. - Listen to team members and work to make things better - Good work/life balance. Expect hard work, but understand family comes first.

Cons

- Know they're the best and refuse to help anyone not helping them. - Company leaders are heavily involved in the day-to-day and refuse to relinquish control. - Secretive and don't display trust in their mid-level management. - No career development. Clear about your personal opportunities, but don't provide coaching or mentoring about how to improve.

Pros

Credit Acceptance is a true meritocracy, you can progress as far as your talents let you. The Company is growing fast and this continuously opens new opportunities. Everyone is on the same page and very teaming. An awesome office environment with very casual dress and lots of fun perks and activities. The Company's slogan is "We Change Lives" which refers to the amazing impact we have made on customers, dealers, team members and the community.

Cons

You need to be comfortable with change and responsibility as the Company continues to evolve as it grows. Not a great place to hang out and just try to slide by.

Great Company to Work For

Pros

Credit Acceptance has a great listening culture. If you have an idea or need some assistance with your work the leader's doors are always open. There isn't the typical "hierarchy" feel as in other companies. I sit in meetings with VPs and SVPs and get to have a say just like them.

Cons

Within some teams there are cliques and management can sometimes be involved with them.
