      Great product, great company and unlimited commissions! Plus, I have the best work/life balance of my career.

      That all my friends and former colleagues in other jobs (who are miserable) can't work here too!

      Pros

      Unlike other companies I've worked, the people here care about everyone being successful personally. Upper management listens and implements team member ideas. It is a truly a listening culture with an excellent work/life balance.

      Cons

      I don't have a con. Compared to other companies I've worked, Credit Acceptance is truly a Great Place to Work.

      Growing company that continuously looks for ways to improve and become a company that people WANT to work for. They constantly seek feedback from those that perform the work and use it as a tool to enhance the experience for employees. The benefits are amazing!
