Pros

Work from home need discipline and time management skills. The training is good but it’s all corporate and not for the real world

Cons

Used to be Great Place to Work but no more. They have taken long term Market Area Managers and cut their markets twice the time I was there. You build up a good territory and they cut it. $40K hit in pay from being one of the best in the company to a terrible market. Dealers are suffering. Don’t fall into the thinking it’s a $100k job not even close anymore.

Pros

Health and 401 Benefits, PTO, Flexible schedule if slow you can leave early or start later at times based on the needs of the business

Cons

Technology is highly lacking and does not sync up with the local internet provider. CAPS was nothing but slow and full of errors. Upper management is extremely micro-managing, anxiety causing, and stalks your work without a minute's notice. The company prides themselves on their core values but does not act upon them or mirror them. Management is extremely strict and plays favorites. They expect you to know a 117 funding manual and all job aids from the very beginning without any understanding and minimal training. If you have a family emergency, it will be held against you until they terminate you because there is no understanding about people living life and experiencing a loss or challenge.
