      Pros

      Company has a good business model but they are not changing lives. Great co-workers and people. Compensation is okay only with bonus.

      Cons

      Bad work/life balance. Company is profitable but repeatedly restructures employees pay and bonus structure. Employees are micro-managed. Opportunity to grow with company is selective.

      i was there when a employee made fun of how a guy was talking and the company earased the tapes so the man can not sue.
