      No home life!!

      Bonus (only if u have no collections), meet great people and help people...

      Cons

      You work 12hr days with hlf hr lunch back to back days.. you have no home life :( they want you to basically threatened people to pay there bill, and hold you responsible if the customer does not. Its how you get a bonus. Management need more training and Dm needs to listen!!

      The listening culture here is wonderful! The company truly does listen and strives to do the best thing for the company and employees. We do a lot of fun events and the camaraderie is awesome!

      Cons

      Since I'm forced to fill this section out, I would say that there aren't many open positions at manager level and above that open up due to the fact that most people stay here for a really long time! Not an awful thing unless your main goal is advancing up. I think this says something about how great the company is if people don't really leave!

      I joined Credit Acceptance over 2 years ago and hope to never leave the company. When I was seeking a new opportunity, I wanted a company that was transparent on their decisions for the future. I can honestly say I know what the companies goals are and how each team members effects each of these goals we are striving to achieve as a team. The company provides a number of channels for team members to provide feedback. These channels help provide process improvement opportunities without feeling like they go unnoticed. The people doing the work, know the most about the work which is visible here.
