      The upper level management not all are approachable. Could do better. Inconsistency with polices. Referral process seems a little shady.

      the company does well financially and has potential for a lot of growth

      Cons

      Lawyers shouldn't be put in charge of IT, micro managing non technical VP that can't get the job done and alienates all employees. Not sure how he still has a job.
