Some metrics are difficult to hit based on the Market and Dealers performance.

This position is mostly just answering calls back to back from impatient used car salesmen trying to push their deal through the system. Don't expect them to give you a set schedule - you have to be available during a 12 hour period 6 days a week and your schedule will likely not be consistent at all.
