      Lack of Respect from Executive Team

      Pros

      When I first joined it was a real startup culture where everyone's input was valued and the perks along with it.

      Cons

      Company is being really shady from an equity perspective, work/life balance perspective and people having to fight to get a promotion especially from a diversity perspective. Wrong people are getting promoted who aren't qualified and the shiny new people from tech startups are contributing little but being paid more.

      Toxic culture in Business Development

      Coffee bar, snacks, lots of data on members, massive scale

      Cons

      People get fired overnight and disappear the next day. The org is completely disfunctional, promotions and growth potential are non-existent, and people are leaving quickly. The company is not supportive of working from home and only gives 15 days of PTO.

      Great culture, incredible CEO, product to be proud of, and great events.

      Cons

      I am severely underpaid. I am consistently made to feel disposable at any time. I don't believe there are many positive outlooks for developing a future here. There is a severe lack in transparency in decision making when it comes to upper management.
