      Fun place to work

      Pros

      I love the people I work with. I join my team for lunch on a daily basis and we all have the same mindset work-wise. Our boss has a lot of experience and helps us out whenever we need it yet still let's us learn our own way.

      Cons

      There doesn't seem to be a general direction for the company's path. Each team has their own idea of where the company should be going, upper management needs to get everyone on the same page.

      Toxic enviroment. Horrible management, great people.

      Pros

      Wonderful people work at CK, with exception of management. Since the growth, people are not treated fairly. Favoritism is overwhelming.

      Cons

      Lying. Lack of transparency. Favoritism. Relocated to other other (crappy) office without notification. No longer a start up. Values gone.

      Cool place to work

      Pros

      Great people, very cooperative. Constant encouragement to grow. Flexible work hours. Independence to work on what you want to, can raise any concern or opinion. Frequent outing and fun activities. However I see a lot of process controls coming into play which can be both good and bad at times

      Cons

      Same kinda challenges you see in a startup company. Needs a little stability in development platform.
