I came from a company that only cared about the bottom line prior to Credit Karma. Although I developed great partnerships there that offered perks and flexibility for me as an individual, not being able to put the employee first was extremely difficult to me as Human Resources. I’ve been with CK for almost 2 years now, and that’s not the case here. The leadership is truly committed to making this a great place to work. Not only that, my managers are committed to my success and career advancement. They make sure I’m aware of how I can grow with the company as we scale and transform. Upvotes to Drew, Ragini and my Dream Talent Experience Team! I am so grateful to have the opportunity to make a difference. CK is doing well and our product actually seeks to benefit the end user. TL;DR: If you’re interviewing, choose CK. If you are an employee, come talk to Talent Experience (formerly HR). Each and every member of our team cares about you.
