      Pros

      CK has a wonderful work environment, that is carefully cultivated - resources and dedication keep CK a place that's enjoyable to spend your work day at. The Coffee bar is particularly awesome!

      Cons

      As with any startup, there are always growing pains. CK does a lot to attract good talent, and so when facing challenges, you are at least working with smart and passionate people.

      Pros

      Great perks, hardworking and fun employees. Company mission can do a lot of good for the average working American.

      Cons

      As many have pointed out, the C level team is way in way over their heads. Most of them are lucky to have their jobs. They would not be where they are if the CEO was not their friend. They are a cancerous tumor that is slowly destroying the company from within. A few people have already highlighted the incompetent, ineffective, clueless CMO who continues to create havoc and turmoil within his organization. No one understands why he hires VPs to run 2-3 people departments or people without a defined role. Most people in Marketing don't trust or respect him.

      Pros

      Credit karma has such an awesome mission, amazing people, open and laid back culture, and exhibits high degree of integrity all the way to c level executives

      Cons

      Less perks than some other big tech companies and I think they might be a bit below market value for salaries.
